This PR aims to address the issues with
Flux.gpuintroduced byPartialFunctions.jl#286.A new constructor for
PartialFunctionhas been introduced in version 1.2.1 ofPartialFunctions.jlthat adds support forConstructionBase.jland resolves the problem withFlux.gpu. I have updated the compatibility requirements inProject.tomlto reflect this change.
